Logic were approached to inject new life in a tired 1960’s bungalow in Hutton Rudby, North Yorkshire.
Responding to a client brief to draw as match natural light into the house as possible the layout of the former bungalow was rationalised and arranged around a new double height gallery over the new open plan dining room with a second lounge at first floor to benefit from views towards the Cleveland Hills and North York Moors. Having committed to replace the existing roof the opportunity was taken to replace the dormer windows with more contemporary versions with increased glazing and a balcony to further enjoy the views from within the master bedroom suite.

In response to Middlesbroughs elected Mayors ambition for Middlesbrough to benefit from high rise city centre living, Logic were appointed by Middlesbroughs new Local Housing Company, Middlesbrough Homes to design two identical 20 storey residential towers.view project
