Approached by Tees Valleys newest Registered Provider – RCVDA Logic were appointed to prepare modular off-site proposals for 24no. apartments on a brownfield site in Redcar for adjacent to an existing listed farmhouse.
Working with the constraints d width limitations of transporting modular units, Logic designed 3 different house types – a disabled unit, single bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom dormer bungalow. To create a sense of community all units are arranged around a private communal courtyard accessed via a community entrance and community room to help further integrate it within the existing community as a resource to more than just residents.
