    A 184 bedroom 4 storey student apartment block with secure communal entrance and student hub combined with ground floor retail and bar opportunities on a brownfield site.

    The Logic...

    Appointed following a recommendation we prepared a feasibility design proposal that sought to maximise the development potential of a brownfield site whilst also assisting in the regeneration of a key part of the town with a positive contemporary architectural statement. The building is designed to create a secure environment and minimise circulation space in an effort to reduce the overall building cost and thus ensure rents are kept as affordable as possible.

    Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority we are proposing a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho Zone’.

    Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council & the Tees Valley Combined Authority Logic prepared a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho zone.’ Totalling a potential investment opportunity of £250M the masterplan identified opportunities for commercial, residential, leisure, retail & education use.

    Msc Car Park

    Logic were asked to prepare a feasibility study to test the viability of a new iconic car park to support the ongoing commercial developments in the town.
