An award winning architect and entrepreneur with 30+ years post qualification experience, Patrick was the founding partner of Ramsdan Barrett architects a medium sized architectural practice which he managed for 18years with multiple UK offices and international commissions. In 2007 Patrick moved into commercial and residential development of his own whilst also establishing Barrett & Barrett architects based in Leeds in addition to co-founding Logic architecture with his fellow director Mark Barlow.
Patrick is regarded as a tenacious fighter of the client’s cause, and has gained an enviable reputation in the Leeds area for overcoming planning issues and Green Belt restrictions combined with a commercial pragmatism that identifies the best Return On Investment for clients.
Patricks work has received extensive PR and TV coverage particularly in respect of one his own domestic self build grand designs and enjoys designing individual homes that don’t bust the budget coupled with commercial acumen.
