Gavin Lowden

BA Hons | MArch | PGDip | RIBA

A graduate from Northumbria University that specialised in 3D and Parametric Architectural design, Gavin was the winner of the 3DReid Student Prize and received a Special Award at the 150th NAA Excellence Awards for ‘Outstanding Achievements in Architecture’.

Prior to joining Logic, Gavin was the ‘in-house’ architect for a modular house builder who lead the conversion of bespoke architectural designs into manufacturable modules that could be built off-site, transported and re-erected on site.  Previously Gavin became a Chartered Architect working on one-off residential, commercial, and cultural projects including the design of the UK’s first purpose-built Coastal Wildlife Observatory on the Lincolnshire coast.

Gavin strives to achieve a harmonious relationship between form and function in all his work which aligns perfectly with the Logic design ethos and our growing number of ‘off site’ MMC modular projects.

Outside of work, Gavin is a keen photographer and motorsport enthusiast who if not away skiing can be found locked away in his garage building a time-attack car.
