Speculative residential tower
Appointed to prepare a feasibility study for a large city centre residential building, Logic designed a building comprising of two towers linked by communal sky gardens.
Designed to give the impression of two distinct towers the building is actually designed as a single building with two linked towers and communal 'sky gardens' at every other floor to give valuable amenity space but also serving as an alternative fire exit should the stair in one tower become compromised.
