Appointed following a design led tender Logic are currently leading the regeneration of a 1970’s Radburne housing estate to eradicate Anti-Social Behaviour and dramatically enhance resident’s well being.
Following a thorough site analysis a masterplan evolved that identified that through selective demolition it would be possible to introduce a new road network that would enable the entire estate to be transformed into a more conventional ‘back to back’ housing arrangement with in-curtilage car parking as desired by all residents. Once complete, the masterplan will then enable the former car parking courts to be developed which will more than offset the demolition and help cross subsidise the regeneration. Following extensive community consultation and the creation of a tenants working group the project is now progressing through detailed design in a collaborative BIM environment using a 3D model of the entire estate including underground services.
