Msc Car Park
Logic were asked to prepare a feasibility study to test the viability of a new iconic car park to support the ongoing commercial developments in the town.
An iconic architectural statement was required that the town would be proud to support. The decision was therefore taken to locate a full height glazed stair tower on the prominent corner facing the tower and then clad the building in twisted steel fins which with the help of LED lighting can be used to offer an ever changing glow to the skyline including a cylinder of light emerging from the stair tower.
Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority we are proposing a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho Zone’.view project
