The Logic...
Working with the site constraints and utilising an existing turning head, a masterplan was prepared that sought to separate industrial vehicle movements from domestic pedestrian access to ensure safeguarding whilst also creating a modern and clean recycling environment. A new industrial unit was proposed for waste separation combined with community facilities to assist in the regeneration and education of the local community. In addition the masterplan identified further opportunity for smaller startup business units to be constructed to support related businesess.
