Egton Medical information Systems provide hardware and software solutions to 60% of UK medical practices from a range of buildings in the Leeds area for which Logic provide on going architectural support. Having purchased a warehouse adjacent to their Leathley Rd depot Logic were appointed to assist in converting the warehouse into offices.
Utilisng the existing loading bay entrance a new double height glazed atrium was formed and a feature stair added to provide access to a new first floor deck. With minimal alterations to the building structure a series of roof lights and high level windows were added to bring natural light into the new open plan offices sufficient to accommodate 200 people plus supporting welfare and break out spaces.

Boho Residential Towers
In response to Middlesbroughs elected Mayors ambition for Middlesbrough to benefit from high rise city centre living, Logic were appointed by Middlesbroughs new Local Housing Company, Middlesbrough Homes to design two identical 20 storey residential towers.view project
