Daisy Chain Barn Conversion

    Conversion of former stables to create a series of business workshops to promote and encourage entrepenurial business ventures for young autistic people

    Working on a Pro Bono basis Logic have worked with DaisyChain to prepare 3 development feasibilities at their Norton HQ including:

    • Conversion of existing stables into business units
    • Classroom extensions and remodel of their existing day care centre
    • New build sports Hall

    The Logic...

    In addition to a general update of the original house from where Daisychain originated Logic identified an opportunity to forma glazed link to the adjacent barn providing a range of additional office space and teaching facilities to teach life skills. The opportunity was also taken to install a new glazed roof suspended between two barns forming a very cost effective social and event space.

    Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority we are proposing a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho Zone’.

    Boho Masterplan

    Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council & the Tees Valley Combined Authority Logic prepared a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho zone.’ Totalling a potential investment opportunity of £250M the masterplan identified opportunities for commercial, residential, leisure, retail & education use.

    Msc Car Park

    Logic were asked to prepare a feasibility study to test the viability of a new iconic car park to support the ongoing commercial developments in the town.
