Following on from the success of a restaurant refit in London world renowned celebrity chef Graham Brundle asked Logic to assist in the design of his new venture in Woolacombe.
Working with the existing building shell a design proposal was produced that split the room into three distinct areas, the bar, restaurant and theatre kitchen including chef table.
Working with 5 different levels a solution was produced that with one lift managed to achieve level access to all areas for ease of access and service.
