Following interview Logic were selected to join a consortium with DLA Design & modular fabricator Elliott to submit a tender to the DfE for the modular framework of 9 primary schools across the UK.
RResponding to the brief logic assisted in designing a school from the inside out, starting with the constraints of the modular form of construction rather than trying to ‘modularise’ a pre designed school. A series of optimum ‘modules’ were designed to accommodate the various spatial requirements of a typical PSBP school which could then be orientated and arranged on any site. The system build was considered so simple that Logic led a consultation event at a primary school where children were given the opportunity to design their own

Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. In response to Middlesbroughs elected Mayors ambition for Middlesbrough to benefit from high rise city centre living, Logic were appointed by Middlesbroughs new Local Housing Company, Middlesbrough Homes to design two identical 20 storey residential towers.view project
