Boho Residential Towers
In response to Middlesbroughs elected Mayors ambition for Middlesbrough to benefit from high rise city centre living, Logic were appointed by Middlesbroughs new Local Housing Company, Middlesbrough Homes to design two identical 20 storey residential towers.
Working to a tight 3,000sqft footprint, a tower concept evolved that grouped 4 apartments around a central core with each linked at ground level by a two storey plinth with a raised communal garden providing desirable, secure and affordable high rise living in the centre of the towns most exciting and ambitious regeneration area.

Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority we are proposing a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho Zone’.view project
