Boho 10 Tower
Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth.
In response to the need for larger but flexible floor plates, Logic proposed offices be arranged around a central atrium serviced by a walkway to offer maximum flexibility for sub division of the floors.
Rising above the main entrance a tower of 20 storeys provides further office space with the option for external corner terraces providing further breakout spaces with a rent able function space on the top floor topped by a helicopter pad for visting VIP’s.
