Boho X Tower
Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it literally ‘to another level’ to better reflect the mayors aspirations for the towns growth by building a 20 storey tower.
Responding to the brief for a tower of 3,000sqft floor plates, attached to two further 25,000sqft wings providing larger floor plate flexibility, a concept evolved that aligned the tower with its glazed corners to the Victorian grid iron street pattern.
A casuality of COVID 19 the mayor was forced to scale back his ambitious plans although the tower will remain a symbol of his ambition for the town to grow,

Boho Village, Middlehaven
Appointed by new developers Bright Ideas and Middlesbrough Development Company, Logic designed a range of of new houses and apartments overlooking the previously regenerated Middlehaven Park in the shadow of the infamous Transporter bridge.view project
Northern Studios, Hartlepool
Appointed by the Northern School of Art & Design Logic have repurposed the towns former bus depot and maintenance workshop to create new teaching spaces and one of the largest film studio spaces in the North of Englandview project

Working in partnership with registered provider RCVDA and the modular contractor One Ninety, Logic designed a second building in a series of supported living complex’s.view project
