Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it literally ‘to another level’ to better reflect the mayors aspirations for the towns growth by building a 20 storey tower.
Responding to the brief for a tower of 3,000sqft floor plates, attached to two further 25,000sqft wings providing larger floor plate flexibility, a concept evolved that aligned the tower with its glazed corners to the Victorian grid iron street pattern.
A casuality of COVID 19 the mayor was forced to scale back his ambitious plans although the tower will remain a symbol of his ambition for the town to grow and attract national interest and recognition
