    The Logic...

    Responding to a brief to create a new identity for Grove Hill, Logic have designed a range of new contemporary houses that remain affordable to ensure build cost and thus corresponding rents are kept low. In an effort to minimise expense Logic worked with the existing street pattern and importantly services beneath in creating a new layout where all housing faces out onto the existing and proposed streets ensuring optimum surveillance of all aspects of the public realm. Because of its considered design it is anticipated that the estate will achieve Secured by Design ‘Gold’ accreditation.

    Boho X

    Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority we are proposing a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho Zone’.

    Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council & the Tees Valley Combined Authority Logic prepared a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho zone.’ Totalling a potential investment opportunity of £250M the masterplan identified opportunities for commercial, residential, leisure, retail & education use.

    Msc Car Park

    Logic were asked to prepare a feasibility study to test the viability of a new iconic car park to support the ongoing commercial developments in the town.
