Bespoke House, Upsall Hall self build

Appointed following a recommendation, Logic were commissioned to design a bespoke house within a series of self build plots offered for sale.

Working with the client it was clear that they desired something more ambitious than the initial outline design they had inherited in purchasing the site. Having talked through the clients typical lifestyle and family arrangements a new concept evolved that centred around a three storey vertical glazed entrance hall with balconies and spiral stair. To the rear the ground floor extends into the garden to catch the evening sun and frame a large entertaining space with the master bedroom and balcony above.
