    Appointed by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Logic undertook an asset review of the existing KS1 & 2 buildings before preparing a site wide masterplan for the rationalisation of the site to increase capacity to Two Form Entry as cost effectively as possible.

    Having undertaken a full review of the existing school assets utilising ESFA Building Bulletins, Logic proposed a masterplan that relocated the private nursery provider from within the KS1 building to the existing redundant caretakers bungalow. This, in addition to some reconfiguration and an extension enabled classrooms within the original 'infant' and 'junior' buildings to be reallocated returning the school to a clear split in Key stages to reduce the need for children and staff to continually move between the two. To fully satisfy the anticipated role increase further expansion was identified to the administration areas together with a new contemporary entrance to update the schools appearance.

    Appointed by new developers Bright Ideas and Middlesbrough Development Company, Logic designed a range of of new houses and apartments overlooking the previously regenerated Middlehaven Park in the shadow of the infamous Transporter bridge.
