    Appointed by a retiring couple, Logic were approached to offer development advice on the prospect of gaining planning approval for a new dwelling within the garden of their existing house in the leafy suburb of Eaglescliffe near Yarm.

    The Logic...

    Whilst the very long but narrow garden of the existing house could comfortably divide into two plots, the east / west orientation presented a challenge to ensure all rooms of this new house would benefit from natural daylight. A design concept evolved that suggested an 'L' shaped house would enable the lounge, family dining, snug, kitchen and master bedroom to all benefit from a direct relationship with the garden and bring the ‘outside in’ and much closer to the main reception rooms.

    Boho X

    Working directly for the Mayor of Middlesbrough, Logic were commissioned to redesign our original concept for Boho 10 and take it ‘to another level’ to better reflect the aspirations of the towns growth. Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority we are proposing a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho Zone’.

    Commissioned by Middlesbrough Council & the Tees Valley Combined Authority Logic prepared a site wide masterplan for the regeneration of the digital quarter of Middlesbrough affectionately known as the ‘Boho zone.’ Totalling a potential investment opportunity of £250M the masterplan identified opportunities for commercial, residential, leisure, retail & education use.

    Msc Car Park

    Logic were asked to prepare a feasibility study to test the viability of a new iconic car park to support the ongoing commercial developments in the town.
